The proposed topics are available for interested students from a Fachhochschule, a Biomedical Engineering Masters Program, or a Masters Program in Applied Science (Engineering).

Here are some possible topics:

• Molecular Dynamics Simulations of Dielectrophoretic Separation of Sodium and Potassium Ions in Nanochannel 

• Newtonian Effects in Blood Flow of Renal Arterial System   

• Multiscale Simulations of White Blood Cells in the Shear Flow with Adhesion              

• Flow in the Blood Vessels and its Interaction with the Vessel Walls

• Multiscale Hemodynamic Modeling of the Intrarenal Circulation Using the COMSOL Multiphysics Simulation Software (occupied)
