PhD thesis defense Raluca Sandu
Congratulations to Raluca Sandu, who successfully defended her PhD project “Quantitative assessment of ablation treatments for liver tumours – image-based efficacy analysis and predictive modelling” on 5 May! For her thesis she has investigated a quantitative 3D approach on thermal ablation planning and evaluation for intra-operative decision-making on liver tumors to offer more predictability and consistency in this minimally invasive intervention.
