Wearables and Digital Biomarkers for Cardiovascular Diseases and Neuroscience

Workshop by the University of Bern and Bern University of Applied Sciences

Wearable sensors are already part of everyday lives of many people. From tracking steps to heart rate, the technology has continuously advanced. In parallel, medical research is equally advancing the monitoring of medical data in a non-invasive way - and the prospect of using it not only for diagnostic, but even therapeutic purposes.

In the workshop "Wearables and Digital Biomarkers for Cardiovascular Diseases and Neuroscience", researchers from Universities and ETHs, industry partners and medical doctors present the current possibilities of wearable biomarkers and their significance for the future.

The event is open to the public and free of charge. Please register here to attend.

When: Thursday, 30 June 2022, 15.45h until 18.00h

Where: E0.211 Felix Frey Auditorium, Freiburgstrasse 3, 3010 Bern
