ARTORG Workshop Open Afternoon
The workshop Mechanical Design and Production (MDP) of the ARTORG Center invites interested researchers to meet the team and witness the production process on site on 23 September 2020.

MDP designs and manufactures complex mechanical components and devices for biomedical research and clinical translation. The machineshop has been equipped with two new Computerized Numerical Control (CNC) machines and is now accredited as an official interdisciplinary SISF research platform on sitem-insel. It is open to all researchers from the University of Bern, the Insel Gruppe and sitem-insel who wish to implement medical technology projects and who require advice in conception and development as well as know-how in prototyping and production.
Due to COVID-19, four different visitor slots are offered between 16.30 and 18.30 hrs. Visitors are asked to register for one of these slots by September 18th via the following link:
