Most of our elderly loved ones would prefer to stay at home as long as possible, even if they suffer from a neurodegenerative disease or recover from injuries. With my expertise in microtechnology and biomedical engineering, I am interested in finding technical solutions to improve the safety of the elderly in their homes. My project aims to monitor human movement by markerless motion tracking in a home setting.
