My current research focuses on the clinical aspects of explainable AI (XAI) in medical image analysis. For my MD thesis, I worked on the identification of qualitative VASARI (Visually AcceSIble Rembrandt Images) MR Imaging features for differentiation of glioblastoma and brain metastasis of different primary tumors. Additionally, I gathered research experience in other medical disciplines, including epidemiology and clinical pharmacology.
